If there is an open position that fits with your qualifications, we will contact you to set up an interview. Unfortunately with the volume of resumes we receive, we are unable to contact every applicant.

How often is your website updated?
We update our site regularly and encourage you to visit often to take advantage of new opportunities that might become available.

What is the interview process like?
Once we determine a fit with an open position, you'll be contacted to meet first with a Human Resources representative. After the initial meeting, we'll let you know if there is a match between your background and the open position and will set up interviews with other individuals related to the position. This may require more than one visit to our offices, but our goal is to make this process as convenient and productive for you as possible. Of course, references will be checked before any offer of employment is extended.

Does Hard Candy offer an internship program?
Hard Candy currently offers non-paid internships in several departments at the corporate office. To be eligible for the internship program, candidates must be currently enrolled in school and must receive credit for the hours spent at Hard Candy. If interested, please submit a resume indicating area of study in school as well as why you want to be an Hard Candy intern.

How can I become a model for Hard Candy?
Hard Candy contracts its models through a local modeling agency. If you are interested in modeling for us, contact a reputable modeling agency in your local area and have them contact our Marketing Department on your behalf.
